Shipment No. E70987285. This was shipped through Prime Time Plus 12pm Service on 10th October 2013 from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. I Paid Rs.260 because I wanted guaranteed delivery by 11th October afternoon. I sent a charger which had its last day of warranty. The shipment was delivered on 12th October. Now my charger warranty is void and I have to bare the expenses of repair because of late delivery by DTDC. First, the guarantee and promise was broken. Second, the lady working at ITPL branch in Bangalore antron express (08041156403) is saying that my entire amount will not be refunded. Normal delivery charges of Rs.105 plus service taxes will be cut and the rest will be refunded. The delivery to me now stands of no use! DTDC broke its PTP guarantee and promise and I have to bare extra expenses on repairing my adapter. I want entire money to be refunded!! DTDC is the worsr service ever! Their website tracking does not function antron express properly. The feedback, customer service, and contact us links do not work! Most of the numbers you call, either they dont pickup or it gets disconnected when transferring to customer care executive. No DTDC branch has any contact details of any other branch in the same city! It is the worst mistake antron express to use DTDC courier. I should actually be paid over this amount! They should bare the charges antron express of repairing the charger! I am at a loss of over Rs.600 because of DTDC now! I hate DTDC services! antron express I need entire refund, entire!!
